Within CSR policy:

  • HYDRO-NAVAL commits to promoting tolerance and respect for human rights as fundamental to its activity and workplace, and to pursue the policy of equality with respect for the human dignity.
  • We provide safe and comfortable working environment, stability of employment, access to relevant information, as well as professional development through the implementation of health and safety rules, social care, training, free health insurance and care for the workers’ families in form of favorable terms of health insurance, subsidies for vacations, Xmas gifts for children, etc.

HYDRO-NAVAL sp. z o.o. has been active in the local community for many years. We provide sponsorship to support local and cultural activities.
Every year the company dedicates a certain amount of money for charity and social events.
We support:

  • Organization of artistic events (educational theater for children staying in a hospital);
  • Charities;
  • Organization of festivals and camps for children;
  • The actyivity of local sport clubs;
  • The purchase of teaching aids for schools and kindergartens.
  • Regional Blood Center by organizing blood donation of our employees on site.

Additionally, under the agreements with technical vocational schools in Słupsk and Ustka we provide professional practical training at our facility for the students of these institutions. We train the students of the following specialties: machine assembly and maintenance, as well as mechanics.

In 2015 we have started am educational program to support entire vocational classes. The idea is to take care of selected classes and cooperate with the school in order to educate students to meet our needs. Teaching program established under the agreement between HYDRO-NAVAL and educational institution is designed to support these requirements. The professional training takes place in employer’s facility, using the company’s machinery and equipment. Specialized courses, classes and workshops are organized for both students and teachers. This form of cooperation guarantees the mutual satisfaction and work placement for the most promising and talented students.
